What’s up with H1N1 ?

Haven’t heard any updates about the scarily fast-spreading pandemic for a while. Let’s see…

H1N1

  • WHO Regional Office for Africa (AFRO) reported 3872 cases and 11 deaths.
  • WHO Regional Office for the Americas (AMRO) reported 116046 and 2234 declared dead.
  • WHO Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (EMRO) stated 5031 cases and a total of  21 deaths
  • WHO Regional Office for Europe (EURO) had over 46000 cases and at least 104 reported dead.
  • WHO Regional Office for South-East Asia (SEARO) diagnosed 19362 cases and 188 deaths.

Lastly:

  • WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO) reported 63895 cases and 279 reported dead. 

All in all, total number of cases has exceeded 254206, with 2837 deaths. Woah!!
